We would like to bring as many stories of clients who have followed the NFI protocol as possible to our site. We hope that they will serve as inspiration for people who are still deciding to follow the NFI protocol, as well as for doctors and young medics who have not yet had experience with the NFI protocol. We therefore try to write the stories in a way that will benefit both the lay and professional community. You can read all the stories that our clients have shared with us so far and agreed to publish in the Read – Client Stories section.

How to redeem the “My Story” discount:

Please register first and complete the entry form in your NFI account.

Please send the following to our email protocol@nfidiet.sk:

  • a contemporary photograph of the entire clothed figure,
  • a short introductory story – clues for story development can be found below. If you’re not very “styley”, drop us a line and let us know when we can call you and we’ll talk to you over the phone,
  • latest lab results: cholesterol, triglycerides, in case of diabetics Hbac and if you have C-Peptide. Diabetics, please scan the last report from your diabetologist.

We process discounts manually through our accounting department. The invoice with the discount will be sent to you within 24 hours on working days. Your first 2-week NFI report will be sent to you as soon as payment is received.

Pivotal points for writing out “My Story”:

Before starting the NFI protocol, please write to us about your current diet and medical conditions. You can use the following diagram as inspiration:

  1. What does your current diet look like:
    • for breakfast I have ……
    • I’m waving …..
    • I usually have lunch at the restaurant where I order…..
    • dinners ….
    • I’ll eat in front of the TV tonight ….
    • I think I have an addiction to sweets, to cheese, to meat ….
    • favourite food:
  2. How have you struggled with being overweight over the years. Were you overweight as a child or later? When did you start noticing that you were gaining weight?
  3. Have you tried to lose weight in some way in the past? With what result?
  4. If you have diabetes, when and how did you figure out that you have elevated glycemia? How has your diabetes evolved since then?
  5. If you have other health problems (high blood pressure, cholesterol), how did these problems start to manifest themselves in you? How is your current treatment going?
  6. What role does movement play in your life? Do you go for regular walks, do you exercise (yoga, fitness…) ? Or do you have no time to move, or are you limited by health problems?
Picking up points for completing “My Story” after the NFI protocol is completed:

For the continuation of your story (3 to 6 months from the start of following the NFI protocol), we will need the lab results from the doctor’s office (the same as before starting the NFI protocol) to compare. We would then like to include information in your story such as:

  1. What did you think when you received your first menu: e.g., there’s no meat, how am I going to stand it; I’ve never heard of quinoa, I’m going to cook that every day?
  2. What was your first shopping and first weeks like.
  3. Have you had any breaks in following the NFI protocol?
  4. Have you had support from your family and friends?
  5. How did the neighbourhood react to the significant drop in your weight in such a short period of time?
  6. Have you observed other benefits of NFI – skin brightening (detoxification), improvement of hair loss problem, improvement of rheumatic problems, acne relief … ?
  7. What was your favorite meal during the NFI protocol? Was there a lot of food or did you ever feel hungry?
  8. Has your weight loss motivated you to be physically active – long walks, going to the fitness centre, yoga classes … ?
  9. How do you feel now and how do you perceive the change in your health?
  10. If you have had diabetes, describe how you have gradually come off treatment.
  11. If you have had other health problems (high blood pressure, cholesterol), describe how you have gradually come off the medication.
  12. How was the cooperation with your doctor in reducing your pharmacological treatment?
  13. How do you plan to eat now, after the NFI protocol is completed, to maintain the result you have achieved?

We hope that writing your story will help you too. Monitoring and recording your initial status will be a great motivation to follow the NFI protocol. The course of following it will in turn look back on your commitment to a healthy lifestyle. And the end result the well deserved reward.
