In supermarkets, you can find ready-made alternatives to minced meat. They can either be found in the refrigerated sections near vegan products or in the frozen aisle. All these ready-made products are essentially seasoned tofu, which you can also prepare at home:
Ingredients:
180g tofu natural
1,5 Tbsp soya sauce
1 clove of garlic
½PL dry oregano
Black peper
Procedure:
Remove the tofu from its packaging and drain any excess liquid. Crumble it with your fingers into a medium-sized bowl. Add 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, crushed garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Mix well with a fork, mashing the tofu into a slightly crumbly consistency. Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
